These Terms govern your use of ARICU, provided by Easy Medical Solutions, Hyderabad, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Clinical responsibility
ARICU is a clinical workflow and decision-support tool. It does not replace the judgement of qualified healthcare professionals. The treating clinician remains responsible for all clinical decisions.
2. Acceptable use
You will use ARICU only for lawful clinical purposes, will not share credentials, and will protect patient confidentiality at all times.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay. AI usage above included credits requires prepaid top-up packs purchased in advance — usage is never billed in arrears. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
4. Data ownership
The hospital owns all clinical data it enters. We act as a processor and will return or delete data on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
