ARICU (“we”, “us”) is operated by Easy Medical Solutions, Hyderabad, India. We take the privacy and security of patient and staff data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, hospital affiliation.
• Clinical data entered by authorised staff: patient demographics, vitals, labs, ABG, orders, notes and discharge summaries.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser/user agent, audit logs.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to provide the ARICU clinical workflow service to your hospital, ensure security, comply with law, and improve the product.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with sub-processors required to run the service (cloud hosting, payments) under appropriate contractual safeguards.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security restricts each user to their own hospital’s data.
